I’m Jo Slinn, a qualified forensic psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping people to understand themselves better, to heal from past wounds and to create new patterns of relating to themselves and others.
I founded SafeGround Psychology to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where individuals can feel truly accepted and supported in navigating their struggles. Inspired by the belief that every person deserves understanding and the chance to heal. My practice emphasises respect, safety, and the idea that no part of us is beyond hope or belonging.
